Design and function needs improvement.
Plug fits nice and seals nicely. Blades arrived dull so I took a mill b’strd file to sharpen them. Cutting performance was just so so, the cut left a high spot in the middle section.

XT2 mulch kit

Mulching installation.

It's okay!
Somewhat satisfied; however, too much discharge still comes out. Still, it really makes a smooth cut and decreases the amount of dust and debris especially in windy conditions.

Perfect FIt.
Although it is March and there is still snow on the ground, I installed the mulching kit in preparation for the mowing season. All parts including the blades fit perfectly.
