Engine is hard to start
I have owned a couple of Cub Cadet 30-in lawn tractors over the last 25 years and they have been exceptional.
Bought this newer model in Sept' 2024 and I am not impressed.
The engine and battery are smaller than on my previous units and this newer one is harder to start. It sputters a lot until it warms up and does not have the power of my older models.
Am going back to my older model and selling this one.
Quality is not what it used to be. Disappointing.

i like it BUT
i got one of these this year and i do like it and it is a good size for my yard but it will not cut even. sitting on it on the left side its like the wheel flattens the grass down and the blade will not cut it so i end up with a strip that will not cut. i have had it to the dealer 4 times and even they don't know why its doing this. i just want it to cut properly so i don't have to cut my lawn 2 times to get it even.
