Works Great for Leaves
I purchased this bagger to pick up leaves in the fall. It works great but LEAVES MUST BE DRY. Another key thing is to pick up the leaves often, don't wait until they get too deep. The CC30H mower is a little under powered in my opinion so sometimes it takes 2 passes over leaves to pick them all up. I mulch grass clippings so I can't comment on grass pickup but expect it would work fine. It comes with counter weight which is very necessary as the CCH30 mower is already back heavy due to rear motor location. The counter weight helps when not bagging since it makes the mower more stable. The bagger takes a little longer to install than I expected, about 1 hour.

Easy to Use
I didn't realize how easy this thing would be to assemble and mount on my mower. Don't want to use it, and "mulch" instead ? It's a snap to remove, and replace with the mulching cover. I am very well pleased with this product. My only advice, bag when grass is completely dry, or treat the deck and collector tube with a new product from Rust-O-L (sp?) Wet doesn't stick to it.

Some drilling was required
I bought this thinking it should be easy to install. After removing the four bolts that hold the engine cover bracket in place, I proceeded to try to install in the bag bracket. Found out the holes in the frame and engine cover bracket were to small and had to drill them out.
Once this was done I was able to install the bag bracket. I also took the advice from another review and removed one of the cotter pins holding the steering tie rod in place. I was then able to move the tie rod out of place and install the front weight and then re-install the tie rod cotter pin.

Works well but not 100% compatible on CC30E
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the first assembly step the rear frame on the CC30E is 1/2" wider and required a stack of 5 flat washers to give a solid fit. Holes were also 1/8th" smaller than they should have been requiring a drill. The counter weight is difficult to install requiring a floor jack (or 2 people) and temporary removal of the tie bar to give proper access. None of this is mentioned in the installation guide.

Learn from my mistake
Arrived in 5 days. I was very excited to throw this bad boy on and go to town on my lawn. Assembly was fairly simple with the exception on connecting the long tube to the mower deck. After a frustrating 20 minutes of trail and error I realized I can adjust my deck height and it went together like a glove. Zero complaints. Great product and this is surprisingly the cheapest site I could find it. BUY IT NOW.

Lousy Assembly Instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bagger works OK. Unhappy with instructions that failed to mention a cotter pin had to be removed to swing out a rod to allow installation of the weight on the front bumper. I spent hours trying to install that weight.
