Decent so far
Seems like a decent mower for the price. Steering wheel bolt wasn't installed so it came off first mow. Belt tension was too tight. Grease caps on wheels were barely on mower.

Love all the features and attachments.
Great Tractor, been wanting to buy one for over a year now, but they have discontinued
the snow blower attachment. Can't clear snow and help the neighbors out so it looks
like I will be going else where.

Over 500 hours and still mowing.

I used the grass bags for 3 years but no longer (my age.) Easy to service and replace belt and blades.

Good mower with one issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mower for two summers now. Runs great, cuts ok. It would probably cut better, but I have never sharpened the blades. I can't get them off! At least not by reaching underneath with a standard socket. The manual tells me to remove the deck in order to remove the blades. SERIOUSLY? I think that's a bit ridiculous. I will borrow an impact wrench to get them off this week. Cub Cadet needs to come up with a better plan for routine maintenance like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new Cub Cadet XT1 LT46 so far. I have operated it 3 times since receiving it. So, it still has the "new tractor smell". Compared to my previous tractor, it is like night and day. It is so easy to maneuver, the power of the engine, and steering without effort is far superior to the old tractor.

Very Disappointed
I bought this XT1LT46 riding lawn mower last first year, but recently it stopped moving forward or backward when i accelerate...called cub cadet service center and they charge doller per hr diagnosis the problem...trying to call cub cadet with no success ... what a shame on name of trusting Cub Cadet !! very poor product.

Flat tire after 3 mows

But was extremely disappointed to find a flat tire when I went to mow for the 4th time. I've had 3 Craftsman mowers before this and upgraded because I felt Craftsman mower had gone down in quality, but have NEVER had a flat tire on one. Now waiting to see if is covered under warranty. Hoping I didn't make a mistake not buying a John Deere!

tractor stalls when trying to move forward or back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tractor stalls every time that I release parking brake and attempt to go forward. I have read the direction numerous times and it stalls. Can not get tractor to go forward or backwards. Yes the transmission is engaged. So it looks nice in my garage but won't move.

I Bought this Machine about 3 months ago. This is the 1st riding mower i have owned. I have 2.5 acres of land. This machine is awesome. The power is great for what i need. I also purchased the grass catcher system. Starts right up every time. To date, No problems at all.

Disappointed

It can hardly climb small inclines without loosing traction and getting stuck (I weigh 180 lbs..not light). It also sadly struggles to go up miniscule inclines during a turn without getting stuck. Last complaints are that the front tire constantly goes flat even though there's no puncture. The deck fails to cut evenly when mowing on any type of pitch. Should have just spent the money on a Deere.
