Good but not Perfect

(1) - While the install 'how to' process is simple, the actual install takes some finagling. The plug requires bending of the metal arm to insert and twisting of the plug to place over the thread bolt on the deck.And unfortunately while removing the plug to clean the deck underside is necessary,...It does not become easier with time.
(2) -The easy install blades are a bonus and once you figure the first the other blades install easily.
(3) - Another good point is that the blades do mulch very well. Better after re-sharpened
(4) - Yet somehow, excess grass does get ejected from the left-front deck corner (opposite the plug).

Very good mulching and some additional advantages.
For my needs, this is perfect. I have a large area to mow and the mulching blades improve the results compared to the stock cutting blades they replaced. Added benefits are not having to care for what gets ejected, and also these blades create less of an aspiration on the ground and tend to therefore pickup less small branches that sometimes lay within the grass.

Mulching issues!

Fit and ability for grass not to bulge the plastic cover is far better than the one that is used for the 46” stamped deck. Grass mulching is far better at every aspect than the 46” stamped deck! 50” triple blade fabricated deck is Evidently engineered way better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for leaf season on my new XT2-SLX50, easy install with the quick attachment feature. Used some super magnets and rubber to limit blowout at bottom of deck to increase efficency, will fab a permanent system over the winter, great product. Would prefer metal plug over plastic

Fast and easy

Plug for chute fit perfectly.
